F… Finland
Central Railway Station, Helsinki, Finland
Vintage postcard via AnuThere’s no way I could post Finland and not show this. There are hundreds of great photos of the “Kivimiehet” (“Stone Men”) out there (see one here), so decided to pick this old postcard instead. Meanwhile, don’t know if this is true or not, but often called Finland’s most visited building, as the station handles 200,000 people a day.
Rupert Murdoch, offering advice to Facebook, via Twitter.
Murdoch’s News Corp (in)famously bought Myspace in 2005 for $580 million and sold it in 2011 to Specific Media for $35 million. During a 2011 annual meeting, he admitted that News Corp managed to “mismanage it in every possible way.”
When Rupert talks, sometimes we listen. This is an interesting perspective on social media.
One last recap from the weekend. Totally blown away by @atlantaballet and Carmina Burana! Bravo! #atlanta #atlantaballet #carminaburana #ballet #dance #atlarts #performingarts #cobbenergycentre #global #glamour #bravo

left the State Department nearly two months ago, but she still needs a staff to keep up with the considerable business of being Hillary Clinton. more.
